-What are
Trojans?
In
computing, Trojan horse, or Trojan, is any malicious computer program (malware)
which is used to hack into a computer by misleading users of its true intent.
Trojans are
hiden malwares that enter in your computer when you download something, for
example, a song.
This
infection allows an attacker to access users' personal information such as
banking information, passwords, or personal identity (IP address).
-Why it has
that name?
The term is
derived from the Ancient Greek story of the wooden horse that was used to help
Greek troops invade the city of Troy by stealth.
-Why are so
dangerous?
They are so
dangerous because you don´t know when it enter in your computer, you can have
one and it can turn on your webcam or look at what are you writing on that
moment. Your computer Works normal, so you don´t notice it.
-Famous
Trojan attacks:
- A “trojan” steal 5’8 million euros from the Spanish bank’s clients.
-How to
detect and destroy them?
You can
instalate an application that detects and eliminates the trojan form your
dispositive, obviously it has to be secure. It’s not easy, but you can search
it in google.
